Our Terms and Conditions
1) Payment for services is due in advance the first of each month, by check, money order or credit card, with each payment showing the correct address, phone number, and signature of the bearer.
2) For each check not honored by the bank, a service fee of $25.00 is charged.
3) Services may be interrupted for non-payment, check returns, or misuse of services provided, but any interruption of services does not relieve the user from payment obligations.
4) Alamo Web Design-USA reserves the right of any and all changes to its services and shall not be held liable by user for users use of this service.
5) The user agrees to comply with all laws and rules of operation as they now exist and as they may from time to time be changed. The user's continued usage of the system constitutes the user's acceptance of such services and understanding of downtime and interruptions as computer, internet, and web characteristics, and not provider's responsibility.
6) Alamo Web Design-USA is not liable to the user with respect to any claim made based on copyright, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights in regard to any information or the use to which any information is put by the user.
7) The user may not assign or transfer, in whole or part, this agreement or its rights to system use, including the use of the user's access code or password, without proper written consent of the provider.
8) When hosting with the provider, the user agrees to a minimum service contract of six months (6), with the understanding that when a virtual domain is provided the minimum service period is extended to include not less than one year (1). The user's initial use of this service constitutes the user's acceptance of all provisions.
This agreement shall become effective on the date that the provider accepts the user's initial order, and shall continue in effect for the minimum contract period unless sooner terminated as herein provided. After the minimum contract period expires, this agreement shall be automatically renewed absent notice to the contrary delivered by one party to the other, for the period stated.
The customer remains responsible for all outstanding charges for the period that services are rendered.
